Due to differences in metabolization and pathway through the blood stream, there is actually no or very little cross tolerance between smoking Cannabis and eating Cannabis. When smoking Cannabis, THC enters the blood stream and crosses the bloodbrain barrier almost immediately as the lungs are the fastest way to the brain. When consuming Cannabis edibles, the THC is processed first in the stomach and then by the liver before delivery to the brain changing the molecule significantly and thus affecting the brain differently. A common mistake users make when ingesting Cannabis edibles or Cannabis beverages is to eat as much as they think they can smoke, a potentially anxiety inducing mistake.

Drinking vs eating cannabis products and what to expect.

Luckily chocolate doesn't have any moisture in it and the main ingredient is cocoa butter so THC easily dissolves into the natural oils present in cocoa butter thus making delicious Cannabis infused Chocolate bars. With the infused beverages we create, the THC is dissolved into a highly pure ethanol(drinking alcohol) solution and concentrated to put into our sodas.
