Asima
Preventive Dental Assistant (PDA)

Asima has been a part of the smile by design team for the over 10 years. Asima enjoys the different challenges she sees as a dental assistant and truly enjoys helping all the patients of Smile by design. She believes in the value of a healthy beautiful smile and loves giving patients a "Brite Smile". She believes having a nice smile brings individuals self esteem and confidence.

Personally Asima is the proud mother of her precious children and wife of Kashif. She believes in the importance of mental and physical fitness and is an avid middle distance runner. Asima has many hobbies some of which include reading a wide variety of novels as well as planning the next family vacation. She is a very proud member of Dr. Narang's winning team.

Asima is fluent in Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi & English.

Sandi
Preventive Dental Assistant (PDA)

“I have been working with Dr. Narang since 1992. I feel like Dr. Narang and my team are my family. I enjoy working in the environment we have created. Dr. Narang is always challenging us to be knowledgeable of the latest technology in dentistry. From dental implants, spa dentistry, whitening techniques to break thru periodontal therapies. For any latest break-thru, we have read, attended a seminar, heard a tape or discussed it!”
Sandi’s loyalty, work ethics and friendly manner has made her a corner stone of our team and the office.

Sandi keeps herself busy in the kitchen by trying new recipes and spending time with her family and friends.

Sandi is fluent in Portuguese.

Cecilia
Preventive Dental Assistant (PDA)

Cecilia has extensive experience in the dental field that started in the Philippines and since 1993 has been at Dr. Narang & Associates. The team greatly depends on Cecilia’s many talents and eagerness to give a helping hand. “I enjoy working with my team and I am proud to be apart of the final products that we create for our patients.”
Cecilia has wide-ranging knowledge and skills with creating teeth whitening trays, night guards and mouth guards, and models. She believes in teamwork & continuing education and she takes pleasure in helping others and working to the best of her abilities.

When Cecilia is not spending time at the office she enjoys time with her family, especially with her adorable granddaughter. She also likes to travel, attend aqua fitness classes and ballroom dance classes.

Cecilia is fluent in Filipino.

Cleo
Preventive Dental Assistant (PDA)

Cleo is a Preventive Dental Assistant (PDA) graduate of George Brown College. Cleo provides comfort and care to all of our patients. She is a natural people person and enjoys being a PDA because she is able to interact with people everyday.

Her bright personality and positive attitude makes her enjoyable to work with.
Cleo believes that continuing education in the dental field is a must as it is a constant changing and renewing profession. She is especially impressed with the CEREC dental software that uses CAD-CAM computer technology to produce life-like biocompatible restorations in only one appointment.

Cleo enjoys working on Cosmetic dental cases, “I like the idea of working on a person’s treatment plan and seeing the final results, I think of it as an Art Project.”

Cleo likes to travel and spend time with family and friends. She also finds it very fulfilling as an active share in religious organization, trying to help people understand the bible and the hope that God has for mankind.

Cristi
Preventive Dental Assistant (PDA)

Cristi graduated as a Preventive Dental Assistant level II. Cristi has good work ethics which is appreciated by everyone on the team. She is always willing to help out and has great rapport with her patients. “I love what I do and I enjoy working with the team. There is a good vibe and everyone is focused on the same goal of treating our patients with TLC, doing great dentistry & providing a friendly and warm environment to our patients.”

Cristi loves animals, spending time with family & friends, travelling & working out.

Cristi is fluent in Spanish.

Patricia
Preventive Dental Assistant (PDA)

Pat has extensive experience in the dental field, over 13 years. She has worked in all aspects as an administrator, in laboratories, with Orthodontists and now as part of our Preventive Dental Assisting team.

Pat has attended the University of Waterloo, George Brown College and Haverville Home Staging.

Pat enjoys working with the team because she feels we all share the same dental values. “We give our clients high end dental work with state of the art dental technology and we continue to educate ourselves so we can service our clients to the best of our abilities.”

Pat considers it fun instead of “work” when coming into the office. She feels it is a great family oriented, well educated team which she considers her second family.
Pat loves spending time with her children, enjoys travelling with her family, and loves to cook…and eat! She enjoys listening to music, particularly when her son plays the piano. Pat also enjoys staging and decorating homes as a pastime.

Pat is fluent in Vietnamese.

Jennifer
Preventive Dental Assistant

Jennifer has works as a Preventive Dental Assistant at Dr. Narang & Associates part time for over 5 years. Although we do not work with her everyday she has become part of our family.

Jennifer truly enjoys being a Preventive Dental Assistant & working with the team at Dr. Narang & Associates. She enjoys the camaraderie and being part of the excellent dental work by the dentists.
Jennifer enjoys time with friends and family, going out for movies and a variety of sports.

Jennifer is fluent in French.
