Neha Narang
Office Manager

Neha manages both the Oakville and Mississauga practices. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from University of Toronto and graduated from Centennial College for Radio and Television Arts.

Neha’s background in the media, as a news reporter for over 10 years on television, is an asset to heading the marketing of the office and in producing and writing scripts for Dr. Narang’s television appearances and interviews.
Her experience interacting with different individuals and management of news story deadlines helps her in communicating with patients, representatives from other companies, and with the dental team.

One of Neha’s goals for the office is to be more involved with the community. One of her projects supported the Canadian Breast Cancer Association. She organized and facilitated the raising of funds through a raffle to donate to the cause. For the last 2 years she has also organized the Brushamania Event at Mentor School and St. Mildred’s for Oral Hygiene Month.

Neha also believes in building good relations within the dental team. She organized many events where the team and their families participated outside of our working environment, such as a trip to Springridge farms, a bowling night, and a group cooking lesson.

When she is not busy working, Neha enjoys spending homework and play time with her daughters, travelling with her family, volunteering at her daughter’s school, and doing outdoor activities such as swimming and skiing.

Sukhi
Accounts Manager

Sukhi began her accounting experience in the corporate industry before managing the accounting department at Dr. Narang & Associates. Sukhi has been part of the team since 1990. She enjoys working with a team of professionals who are always striving to give 110%.

Sukhi takes pleasure in helping patients manage their accounts in order to achieve their dental health goals. She is an integral part of the team
As busy as she gets with the number crunching Sukhi enjoys travelling, teaching yoga, and spending time with her family.

Sukhi is fluent in Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi & English.

Silvana
Administrative Manager/Treatment Coordinator

Silvana graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant from the Toronto School of Business and as an Office Administrator from Humber College. As Dr. Narang’s Administrative Manager since September 2000, Silvana enjoys helping patients get the smile they have always wanted.

Silvana is an integral part of Dr. Arun Narang & Associates. Her colleagues, including Dr. Narang, & our patients, rely greatly on her organization abilities and skills as an administrative part of the team.

Silvana is fluent in Italian and English. She likes to spend time with her family & friends, especially her little nieces and nephews; she enjoys good movies, reading, and travelling.

Silvana is fluent in Italian.

Debbi
Administrator- Oakville Dental Arts

Debbi is the administrator at Dr. Narang’s Oakville office. She joined our team in November 2009 and brings many years of dental experience with her. Debbi started her career in dentistry in 1974, as a chair side assistant, and since then has been receptionist and manager in many offices. Her love of dentistry and helping people inspired her to become a consultant in dental practice management for many years.

Debbi has always enjoyed the fulfillment and gratification of seeing people get the beautiful smiles they always wanted and watching her patients’ confidence grow with that new smile. “Working with Dr. Narang is an absolute pleasure as he really takes the time to listen to his patients’ concerns and helps them achieve optimal dental health and beauty. It’s so obvious that he is very passionate about his work.”

Paula
Treatment Coordinator

Paula graduated from the Business Program from Seneca College of Arts and Technology. She has over 10 years experience in the dental field as an Administrative Coordinator.

Paula enjoys being part of a team that believes in educating their patients to achieve better oral health. She also enjoys working in a positive and team oriented environment. “Dr. Narang makes all of us feel like we are part of his family. As team members when we feel this way we extend the same attitude to the patients that come to the office.”

Paula not only brings valuable experience to the team but her warm personality and her natural ability to make people feel calm and at ease, helps patients feel comfortable coming in for dental visits.

Paula loves spending time with her family & trying out new recipes. She loves to travel, learning about the history of places she visits and learning about the culture.

Paula is fluent in Portuguese and English.

Devi
Dental Hygiene Coordinator

Devi graduated from CDI College with a Dental Administrator & Chair-Side Dental Assistant diploma. Before joining our team as a Dental Hygiene Coordinator in 2009, she was Dr. Derakshan’s, our Periodontist, assistant for over 5 years.
Devi is a perfect fit for our team as a dental hygiene coordinator. She has seen first hand; assisting Dr. Derakshan during gum surgeries, the consequences of unhealthy gums and can therefore explain the importance of regular dental hygiene visits to patients.

Devi believes that everyone should be treated equally and with respect. She believes that putting a smile on someone’s face makes this world a better place.

Devi loves travelling & spending time with her family, and reading a good book.
